Questions builders ask
Who can see my project information?
Only the people you invite to that build, and each of them sees only the modules you give them access to. Directory listings are public by design; your project records are not.
Does it work on site without signal?
Subby syncs when you have a connection. Your current build stays on the device, so you can open it in a dead spot — but new entries reach the team once you are back in coverage.
Do I need a listing before a builder can add me?
Yes. Register your company in the directory first, then redeem the invite code you were sent. If you have a code already, Subby saves it and fills it in after you register.
What does an invited subcontractor pay?
Nothing to receive quote requests — leads are free. A paid plan is for running your own builds and getting full access to the project record.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial runs seven days, then your chosen plan starts. Cancel before day seven and you are not charged.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you are never locked out of a live build over billing.
